Hawa Kamara Brealey

Hawa Kamara Brealey is the Director and Head of Regulation and Non-Financial Risk in Financial Markets at ING, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, Hawa served as the Director and Head of Regulation and Policy in Regulatory Compliance at Societe Generale from 2017 to 2024, and held vice president positions at Credit Suisse and Barclays focusing on compliance and regulatory affairs. With a strong background in risk management and regulatory consulting, they started their career as a Project Manager at Bloomberg LP. Hawa is currently pursuing multiple degrees, including a BSc in Statistics and Computer Science from Coventry University, an MSc in Regulation and Compliance from Henley Business School, and an MBA from City, University of London.
