Henrik van Bruggen

Henrik van Bruggen is a highly experienced IT professional currently serving as the CIO of the Banking Technology Platform at ING, a position held since January 2014. In this role, Henrik van Bruggen is accountable for the enterprise architecture function worldwide and leads a team of architects to create impactful solutions. Prior to this, from July 2012 to January 2014, Henrik van Bruggen was the Distinguished Chief Architect for Retail Banking, overseeing global architecture activities. Between 2005 and November 2012, Henrik van Bruggen served as Chief Architect for Retail Banking in the Benelux region, also holding leadership roles in various channels within OIB. Henrik van Bruggen's educational background includes advanced study at institutions such as MIT Professional Education and INSEAD, along with degrees in Business Management and Engineering from prestigious universities.
