Hilal Donmez is currently a Product Manager in the Retail Banking Analytics Tribe at ING, a position they assumed in 2025 after serving as a Data Scientist in Digital Sales and Customer Interaction. Prior to this, Hilal held roles in various technical teams, including as a Data Scientist in the Artificial Intelligence Expert Team and as a Data Engineer, where they contributed to numerous machine learning projects. Hilal gained foundational experience through internships at Erlab Technology, Akbank, and TÜBİTAK BİLGEM, alongside academic achievements, earning both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
