Irina Shavgenia

Irina Shavgenia has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently holding the role of Lead CoE Products, Policies and Regulatory Affairs at Mortgages NL within ING since June 2010, while also serving as Global Head of Mortgages and Director of Consumer & SME Lending. Prior to this, Irina Shavgenia worked at ING Bank from February 2007 to February 2010 as a Wholesale Banking Network Strategy & Implementation Project Manager and Business Manager for Wholesale Banking in Central & Eastern Europe. Earlier in career, Irina Shavgenia held the position of Manager of Business Development & Project Execution at ING Institutional & Government Advisory from February 1999 to February 2007.
