Janina Stancicu is a Product Manager with extensive experience in customer experience and service design. Previously, Janina worked at ING as a Global Retail Customer Experience manager, leading initiatives to establish consistent customer experience measurement across multiple countries. At E.ON, Janina contributed to digital transformation and product development as a Customer Experience Expert. Janina's early career includes roles in market research and data analysis at several organizations, laying a strong foundation in understanding customer needs and behaviors. Janina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Informatic Systems for Process and Economic Resources Management.
