Janusz Suszka is currently the Area Lead for People Services at ING, a position held since 2020. Before this role, Janusz served as a Senior Agile Coach at ING Bank Śląski from 2016 to 2019, where they supported agile transformation and team management. Janusz has also held various managerial positions involving HR strategy and process optimization. They earned a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Economics in Katowice and completed postgraduate studies in Labor Law at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.
