Joel Mercadante

Joel Mercadante is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and business development, currently serving as a Senior Talent Advisor at ING. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development at Hold Brothers Capital, LLC, and Vice President of Recruiting at Long Ridge Partners. Joel also has a background as a Class B Member and Recruiter at T3 Trading Group, LLC, as well as experience as a Trader and Recruiter at G2 Trading. An alumnus of Georgetown University, Joel obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English from 2001. Joel's educational foundation was further established at RFH, where studies were completed from 1993 to 1997.
