Kelvin Chong

Kelvin Chong is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Global Capital Markets for Asia Pacific at ING since August 2017. Prior to this role, Kelvin held the position of Head of Debt Capital Markets for South & Southeast Asia at ING. Kelvin's previous experience includes serving as a Director in Debt Capital Markets at Standard Chartered Bank from August 2016 to July 2017, as well as a Vice President in Capital Markets Origination/Debt Capital Markets at Citi from October 2010 to February 2016. Additionally, Kelvin began a career in investment banking as an Analyst in Debt Capital Markets at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank from January 2008 to October 2010. Kelvin earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management (Double Degree) from Singapore Management University between 2003 and 2007.
