Magdalena Chociej

Magdalena Chociej is an experienced Product Manager in Model Validation at ING since September 2020, also serving as a.i. Chapter Lead for Model Risk Oversight and a Model Risk Oversight specialist. From December 2020 to October 2023, Magdalena held board member and event manager roles at Polish Professional Women in the Netherlands. Prior to ING, Magdalena worked at ING España & Portugal as Chapter Lead for Data Science and Data Scientist from January 2018 to July 2020, and also served as an Academic Teacher in Credit Risk Modelling at CUNEF in mid-2020. Magdalena began their career at ING Bank Śląski from February 2014 to December 2017, progressing from Junior Credit Risk Model Developer to Senior Credit Risk Model Developer. Magdalena Chociej holds a Post-graduate degree in Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Econometrics from the University of Warsaw, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Gdańsk University of Technology.
