Manuel Cadez

Manuel Cadez is a seasoned professional in the field of risk management and finance, currently serving as the Head of Counterparty Credit Portfolio Risk Management at ING since August 2025. Prior to this role, Manuel held various leadership positions at Nordea from April 2019 to August 2025, including Head of CCR Financial Risk Management and Chief Risk Manager for Counterparty Credit and xVA Risk Management. Manuel also served as an Investment Manager focusing on Private Equity, Credit, and Real Asset Funds, and has extensive experience in Counterparty Credit Risk Management. Earlier in the career, Manuel worked at Citi as Vice President for Credit & Securitized Markets Valuations, and at J.P. Morgan held roles such as Vice President in the Securitized Products Group and Analyst in Rates Derivatives Product Control. Manuel's career began at Eli Lilly and Company as a Financial Analyst from June 2009 to September 2010.
