Mark Nijssen-Gerichhausen

Mark Nijssen-Gerichhausen is an experienced IT professional with a robust background at ING since June 2011, currently serving as Head of IT Mortgages. Mark has held various leadership roles including Strategy Consultant for Data Management, Agile Program Manager, and Chapterlead for Engineering in Continuous Delivery. Responsibilities have included overseeing the web experience for the Unite program, enhancing team performance in Agile practices, and repositioning the Content Management and Delivery Solution to support ING’s Domestic Bank. Prior to ING, Mark was an International Management Trainee, and has also worked as a web developer at Ilse Media and Protech IT. Mark holds a Master of Science in Business Information Management from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
