Nefis Beyzat

Nefis Beyzat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and business management within the banking sector. At ING, Nefis held the positions of Senior Data Analyst focusing on Retail Customer Insights and Sustainability, as well as Business Manager for Retail Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Investments from July 2024 to March 2025. Prior roles at ING Türkiye included Business Manager in the Retail Banking Strategy Office and Senior Specialist in CRM and Customer Analytics, where significant contributions were made to CRM campaigns, customer onboarding processes, and complex event processing projects using tools from IBM and Oracle. Nefis holds a Master's Degree in European Studies from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Relations from Bogazici University, complemented by a high school education from Vefa Anadolu Lisesi.
