Nicholas Padgalskas is currently the Asia-Pacific Lead for Oil & Gas and New Energy Technologies at ING, a role they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as Chief Financial Officer at Summit Power International from 2021 to 2023 and held various positions in energy investment banking at Citi from 2011 to 2013 and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from 2016 to 2021. Nicholas began their career as a Captain in the Field Artillery with the US Army, serving from 2000 to 2005. They earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, after completing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
