Nikoletta Bozika

Nikoletta Bozika serves as the Communication Lead for ING Global Analytics since November 2017, overseeing internal and external communication management, strategic corporate communication planning, and social media management. In this role, Nikoletta develops content for various communication channels, including newsletters and intranet activities, and consults on transformation communication as ING transitions to a data-driven organization. Previous experience includes positions as a Digitization Analyst at the Technical Chamber of Greece, Finance Assistant at Eurogiro A/S, Researcher at the Development Association of West Athens, IT Helpdesk support at OTE Group of Companies, and Customer Service Representative at the National Bank of Greece. Educational credentials comprise a Master of Science in Communication Studies from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Athens.
