Otel Mihaela has extensive experience in the financial sector, primarily with ING since 2005, where Mihaela has held various leadership positions, including Tribe Lead for Business Banking Lending and Head of Financing Products within the Business Banking DigitALL Tribe. Previous roles at ING include Segment Manager for Mid Corporate Clients and Head of Credit Risk SME. Mihaela's career began at Romstal Leasing IFN SA as a Credit Administration Officer from 2002 to 2005 and at the Foreign Trade Agency - Oltchim from 1999 to 2002 in the same role.
