Rechill Zhang

Rechill Zhang is the Head of HR for China and Hong Kong at ING, a position held since 2017. Prior to this, they held several key roles including Head of Learning, Resourcing, Organization and Development at Hang Seng Bank from 2014 to 2016, and Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Dow Corning from 2003 to 2004. Rechill's extensive HR experience includes positions at companies such as Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, and Eli Lilly, where they focused on compensation, benefits, talent management, and organizational development. They earned a Master of Business Administration from UPMF (University Grenoble 2 – Pierre Mendes France) between 2006 and 2008.
