Renaud Lamoureux

Renaud Lamoureux is an experienced professional with a strong background in process management and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Process Expert at ING since September 2011, Renaud specializes in documenting complex processes and facilitating transitions to new capabilities. Prior to this role, Renaud held the position of Regional Operations Manager at PSAV Presentation Services, a leader in global event technology. Renaud has also served as a Six Sigma Director at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where responsibilities included finance management at a global scale. Early career experience includes an administrative role at the International Committee of the Red Cross. Renaud holds an MBA in Business Administration from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and a BSc in Hospitality Management from EHL. Academic achievements also include an International Baccalaureate from the International School of Brussels and a High School Diploma from Le Petit Séminaire de Québec.
