Sebastian Frederiks is currently the Country Head of Wholesale Banking for ING in the Middle East, a role they have held since 2020. Prior to this position, Sebastian served as MD and Head of Financial Institutions in the Middle East at ING from 2018 to 2020. Their extensive banking career includes leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Al Hilal Bank, and First Abu Dhabi Bank, as well as early experience at ABN AMRO Bank. Sebastian studied at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and completed a program at INSEAD in 2011.
