Shih-Jen Chen

Shih-Jen Chen is an accomplished professional with experience in international finance and sustainability, currently serving as an International Talent Program trainee at ING since April 2023, where roles include Analyst positions in Sustainable Value Chain, Sustainable Finance Americas, and Sector Coverage for Metals and Mining, in addition to a consultancy in global sustainability. Prior experience includes serving as a Junior Risk Officer at Mega ICBC and a Congressional Assistant at the Legislative Yuan in Taiwan. Shih-Jen Chen holds a Master of Laws in Public International Law, focusing on the Law of Sea and sustainable development from Utrecht University, along with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Political Science and Governance from Soochow University.
