Tanja Wurster is currently engaged in a short-term assignment in Structured Export Finance at ING, following a progression from intern to various roles within the company. Previously, Tanja interned at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, where extensive research on green finance was conducted, and at Fusion Tech Ltd, focusing on marketing and potential market expansion. Tanja holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Economics and International Cultural and Business Studies from Universität Passau, as well as a Master's degree in Money and Finance from Goethe University. Tanja also experienced a semester abroad at Fudan University, enhancing their studies in Contemporary China.
