Therese Fingleton

Therese Fingleton is a leader in strategy and transformation, currently serving as the Head of Transformation at ING since 2023. With extensive experience in managing complex transformation projects across various sectors, Therese previously held roles such as General Manager Delivery at Rest and Program Director at Commonwealth Bank, where they drove agile transformation initiatives. Earlier in their career, they contributed to notable projects at organizations like the Australia Council for the Arts and the Department of Broadband, Communications and Digital Economy. Therese earned a BA in Applied Languages, Language Interpretation and Translation from Dublin City University.
