William Loh

William Loh is currently the Head of IT Security for Asia Pacific at ING, where they are responsible for ensuring the bank's cybersecurity leadership and security strategy implementation across Wholesale Bank Tech environments. With over 17 years of diverse IT experience, Loh previously held key positions, including IT Security Manager at the Infocomm Media Development Authority and Head of Information Security at the Singapore University of Technology and Design. They also served as Senior Deputy Director of IT Governance and Cyber Security Risk at the Central Provident Fund Board and Regional IT Security Manager at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Loh earned a Master of Science in Information Technology Project Management from Nanyang Technological University and Sheffield University.
