Zornitza Nihtianova

Zornitza Nihtianova is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Global Lead of Retail Banking Product Control at ING since July 2019, focusing on Sustainable Finance and regulatory implementation. Prior experience includes founding Zorganic and providing consulting services on strategic initiatives, fundraising, and M&A integrations, as well as a significant tenure at ING Investment Management in various leadership roles, including Commercial Manager for EMEA and Chief of Staff for M&A.
