Lo Vriend

Lo Vriend has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies.

From 2014 onwards, Lo worked at Ingage as a Desk Account Manager, responsible for providing support to affiliated offices of Hypotheekshop, Huis & Hypotheek, Hypokeur, and WelkeFD. This included training new employees on Elements (CRM software) and BtR/Figlo (mortgage advisory software).

Before that, Lo was employed at Delta Lloyd from 2012 to 2014 as a Relatiebeheerder Leven Particulieren. In this role, Lo served as the primary point of contact for offices regarding new insurance policies and changes in existing policies. Lo handled queries related to product terms, taxation, and legislation.

Prior to Delta Lloyd, Lo worked at Nationale Nederlanden from 2009 to 2012 as a Senior Klachtbehandelaar, where Lo dealt with complex complaints regarding capital and annuity insurance. Lo collaborated with the complaints department of ING Hypotheken (CKA) for complaints related to pledged insurance policies. Additionally, Lo prepared management reports on workload management and registered complaints.

Lo's work experience also includes a long tenure at ING Levensverzekering N.V. from 1997 to 2008. During this time, Lo held the role of Senior Acceptant and was responsible for achieving departmental goals in Verzekerings Service Leven based on operational management principles. Lo also handled complex policy changes and trained employees within the life annuity cluster.

Lo started their career at Zwitserleven in 1988 as a Relatiebeheerder for individual pension plans. In this role, Lo was responsible for managing payouts for expiring or deceased policyholders and served as the primary contact for several insurance agencies.

Throughout their career, Lo has gained extensive experience in customer service, account management, complaint handling, and training.
