Lo also handled complex policy changes and trained employees within the life annuity cluster.

Lo started their career at Zwitserleven in 1988 as a Relatiebeheerder for individual pension plans. In this role, Lo was responsible for managing payouts for expiring or deceased policyholders and served as the primary contact for several insurance agencies.

Throughout their career, Lo has gained extensive experience in customer service, account management, complaint handling, and training.
