Erin Roberts

Erin Roberts has been working in the field of People & Recruiting since 2022 at Revision Collective. Prior to that, they held the same role at Ingage Partners from 2019-2022, where they also served as Office Manager from 2016-2019. From 2011-2016, they were a Sr Consultant/Star Team Builder at Mary Kay Cosmetics. Prior to that, they were Office Administrator at Thrive Impact Sourcing from 2016-2019. Before that, they were Preschool Director/Teacher at St. Luke School from 2001-2011, and Preschool Assistant/Teacher at Beginning Steps, Zion Lutheran Church from 1996-2001.

Erin Roberts attended Youngstown State University from 1994 to 1998 and obtained a Pre-Kindergarten Education degree. Erin has obtained additional certifications from Udemy, Transformation Academy, and the American Red Cross. These include The Complete Recruiting Masterclass from Udemy in March 2022, Professional Life Coach from Transformation Academy in October 2021, and an Online CPR/AED and First Aid Combo Course from the American Red Cross in July 2022.
