Michael Kroeger

Michael Kroeger has a wealth of experience in various industries. In 2003, they became the Managing Partner of Kroeger Brar Enterprises, LLC, Kroeger Properties, LLC, and Kroeger Helm Enterprises, LLC, where they were responsible for managing all human resource, marketing, and operations functions, including P&L responsibility. From 2004 to 2009, they worked at Fidelity Investments as a Project Manager and at Centric Consulting as a Partner. During this time, they also worked at Luxottica/EyeMed as a Finance Business Lead/Integration Architect and an OCM Lead. In 2011, they co-founded Ingage Partners and served as the Co-Founder and CEO. In 2014, they became the President of the Board of Directors at Pay It Forward Cincinnati, a non-profit organization that empowers people to use generosity, kindness, and love to bring positive change to Greater Cincinnati. In 2016, they co-founded Thrive Impact Sourcing, an IT talent incubator delivering locally sourced IT solutions. In 2022, they became Co-CEO of Revision Collective.

Michael Kroeger graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the University of Dayton in 1996. Michael'sfield of study was Organizational Design & Organizational Behavior.
