Tony Maddox

Tony Maddox has worked in the technology industry since 1997. Tony began their career at Western & Southern Financial Group as a Programmer Consultant, where they recommended courses of action on new applications and handled extensive research, analysis, definition, and documentation. Tony also provided mentoring support for less experienced programming staff. In 2013, they joined Ingage Partners as a Director and Principal Consultant. At Ingage, they provided consulting services in a variety of areas including project management, business and process analysis, strategy and execution, and development using emerging technologies. Tony was also part of the company's "Consulting with Purpose" business model, which donates a portion of profits to charitable partners.

Tony Maddox obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Northern Kentucky University, graduating in 1996. Tony also completed training at Max Technical Training Cincinnati. In 2013, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org, and in 2014 they obtained a Professional Scrum Developer certification from Scrum.org.
