James Thatcher

James Thatcher is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in asset management and client advisory roles. Since October 2010, James has served as Managing Director at Ingalls & Snyder, LLC, where responsibilities include advising private clients, endowments, and trusts on multi-generational capital management, with a focus on asset allocation and a blend of international equities. Prior to this role, James worked as a Financial Analyst at DUBLY from March 2006 to February 2011, concentrating on US and European equities in the healthcare sector and managing the Liberte Sante fund since 2007. James holds an MBA from emlyon business school, an MA in English from the University of Virginia, and a BA in History, Philosophy, and French from Hampden-Sydney College, complemented by foundational education from The Hotchkiss School.
