Arshad Hisham's work experience begins in 2001 when they worked as a Consultant at IBM until 2003. From 2003 to 2006, they were a Consultant and Project Leader for Toyota, Volvo, Citibank, and Mutual of America. In 2007, they served as a Project Manager for the Public Power Corporation, Government of Greece. The following year, they worked as a Senior Consultant and Account Manager for the Government of Australia's Department of Immigration. From 2009 to 2014, Arshad Hisham founded and served as CEO of EasyTrack Technologies. In 2015, they established inGen Dynamics Inc. and currently holds the position of Founder and CEO. Additionally, they are an Advisory Council Member for Customer Experience at California State University, East Bay, and the Forbes Business Council, both starting in 2021.

Arshad Hisham completed their Bachelor of Technology in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut between 1997 and 2001. Arshad then pursued an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, specializing in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies and Finance, from 2008 to 2010. In the same year, Arshad also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMP), USA. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Emerging Technologies from Stanford University, starting in 2020 and anticipated to end in 2022. Additionally, Arshad holds a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualification from the UK, although the specific years of study are not provided.
