Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Lockheed Martin and Group Chief Technology Officer at both ELIRE Group and inGen Dynamics Inc., Rajeev's work focuses on advancing engineering programs and innovative technology solutions that enhance safety and sustainability. With a track record of leadership roles at companies such as QinetiQ, NATS, BAE Systems, and Rolls-Royce, Rajeev has consistently driven the development of complex systems and infrastructure, integrating cutting-edge technologies into military and civilian applications. Rajeev holds a PhD in Aircraft Engines from Cranfield University, complemented by advanced degrees in aerospace engineering. Additionally, Rajeev serves as a Non Executive Director at CEME, promoting sustainable growth and green technologies within the Thames Gateway regeneration project.
