Steve Kissner

Steve Kissner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare analysis and human services. Currently serving as a Healthcare Analyst at InGenesis, Inc. since September 2019, Steve Kissner supports Division efforts in managing reports related to the Office of Long Term Living’s home and community-based waiver programs. Prior to this role, Steve Kissner worked as a Business Analyst for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for over a decade, where responsibilities included the planning and evaluation of various human service programs. Earlier career roles include Adjunct Instructor at Kaplan Career Institute-Harrisburg, where teaching focused on Criminal Justice, and a State Parole Manager with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, overseeing parole processes. Steve Kissner holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Behavioral Sciences from Penn State University and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
