Jeffrey Gatt

Jeffrey Gatt has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jeffrey began their career in 2011 at Climbfit Rock Climbing Gym, where they worked in sales, training, and general duties. From 2014 to 2015, Jeffrey worked as an Online and Offline Assistant in Media Planning and Buying at MediaCom Australia, focusing on data analytics and return on investment optimization for clients such as NRMA and Dell Computers. In 2016, they joined CBRE as an Operations Specialist, providing analytical support and systems maintenance for different product teams in the North Sydney office. Jeffrey later transitioned to roles within CBRE's Metropolitan Investments team, working as a Property Analyst responsible for market analysis and the sale of commercial properties across Sydney. In 2018, Jeffrey pursued a Masters degree at the University of Technology Sydney. Jeffrey then joined Sisters of Saint Joseph of the Sacred Heart as a Senior Property Officer, managing a diverse portfolio of assets, including commercial, retail, and residential properties. Following this, they worked at School Infrastructure NSW in the Licensing team, procuring and licensing facilities for various school programs. Currently, Jeffrey is an Acquisitions Analyst at Ingenia Communities Group, where they support the acquisition, disposition, and strategic management of real estate assets. Their key focus areas include site identification, financial analysis, deal structuring, acquisition due diligence, and strategic asset management.

Jeffrey Gatt began their education in 2003 at St Ignatius College Riverview, where they completed their high school education. After completing high school, they pursued further studies at the University of Technology Sydney from 2018 to 2020. During this time, they obtained a Masters degree in Real Estate Investment.
