Simon I.

Simon I. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Simon started their career in 2003 as a Duty Manager at Huka Lodge. In 2006, they worked as a General Manager at Prana Resorts and Spa for both Qi Group of companies and Q Lifestyle (S) Pte Ltd. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Village Manager at both uStay Urban Apartments and CAMPUS LIVING VILLAGES NZ LIMITED. Simon I. then joined Ingenia Communities Group in 2013, where they initially worked as an Operations Manager - NSW until 2019. Simon then transitioned to the role of Portfolio Manager - Assets until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Procurement, Integrations and Funds Reporting Manager at Ingenia Communities Group.

Simon I.'s education history begins in 1988 when they attended Kamo High School and received a Bursary. From 1993 to 1995, they studied at The University of Auckland and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Biological Sciences (Zoo). In 1996, they furthered their education at Wellington College of Education, specializing in Secondary education with a focus in Science, Mathematics, and Physical Education, earning a Dip Tchg. In 2002, Simon I. attended Swiss Hotel Management School and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management (Hons). In 2015, they studied Project Management at ILX Group and received a Prince2 Foundation certification. Lastly, in 2022, Simon I. completed the Standard Mental Health First Aider program at Mental Health First Aid Australia.
