Kaitlin Olsen

Kaitlin Olsen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kaitlin most recently worked as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Ingenia Health, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Nagnoi, LLC, starting in June 2022. Within Nagnoi, LLC, they also worked as a Healthcare Services Manager from December 2017 to June 2022.

Before joining Nagnoi, LLC, Kaitlin worked at Saint-Gobain, where they held various roles including Production Manager, Coated Fabrics – Performance Plastics from May 2014 to October 2017, Front End Manager, Operations – High-Performance Substrates from October 2012 to May 2014, and Growth Manager, R&D – High-Performance Substrates from March 2012 to October 2012.

Prior to Saint-Gobain, they served as the Manager of Technical Staff at Evergreen Solar from January 2010 to November 2011. Kaitlin also worked at Energy Innovations as the Lead Engineer - HCPV Module from October 2007 to January 2010.

Kaitlin's earlier work experience includes roles at The Clorox Company, where they worked as an R&D Product Development Engineer from October 2006 to October 2007, and as an R&D Process Development Engineer from August 2003 to October 2006.

Throughout their career, Kaitlin has demonstrated their expertise in operations, healthcare services management, production management, research and development, and engineering.

Kaitlin Olsen completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2015 to 2017. Before pursuing their M.B.A., they obtained a Bachelor of Science (SB) degree in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
