Alexandra Blanchet

Alexandra Blanchet is currently serving as the Group Head of Data Privacy at Ingenico since March 2024. Previously, Alexandra held the role of Director Global Privacy Lead (Patient) at Fresenius Medical Care from January 2023 to September 2023, focusing on compliance with patient data processing laws in patient care, analytics, and the development of medical devices. From December 2017 to January 2023, Alexandra was the Director of Data Protection EMEA at Fresenius Medical Care, managing GDPR implementation across numerous countries. Prior experience includes serving as Data Privacy Liaison for Johnson & Johnson France from March 2015 to December 2017 and holding a legal and privacy counsel position at the CNIL from September 2011 to February 2015, where responsibilities included advising on health data privacy and regulatory compliance. Alexandra's early career included a role as Legal Counsel at the Etablissement français du sang from 2004 to 2011, with a focus on medical and scientific research legalities. Alexandra holds a certification in Data Privacy (CIPP E) and has extensive training in French public health regulation and bioethics.
