Catherine Guillouard

Catherine currently serves as a member of the Board and Chairperson of the Audit Committee at Airbus, a leading global player in the aerospace industry with over 125,000 employees. Catherine is also a member of the Supervisory Board and Chairperson of the Audit Committee at KPN, a leading telecommunications and IT provider in the Netherlands.

Catherine was most recently Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of RATP Group, the number three-ranked global public transportation operator in the world with over 69,000 employees across four continents and 14 countries.

Previously, Catherine was Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer at Rexel Group and Chief Financial Officer at Eutelsat. Catherine also held senior roles at Air France, including Group Chief Financial Officer, and at the French Ministry of Economy.

Catherine graduated from Institut Politiques de Paris in 1989 and from Ecole Nationale d’Administration in 1993.
