Paul Lebrun

Paul Lebrun currently serves as the HRIS and WFM Manager at Ingenico since November 2022, overseeing SAP SuccessFactors for approximately 3,500 employees across 30 countries. Responsibilities include the deployment of the Learning module, performance campaign support, and core HR configuration. Prior experience includes a role as HRIS junior project manager at CANAL+ GROUP from January 2018 to December 2022, focusing on SAP HCM and managing payroll system regulatory developments, alongside the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. Paul also has experience as an HRIS junior consultant at mc2i Groupe and an HRIS project leader assistant at CANAL+. Additionally, Paul held the position of Vice President at the Bureau des Arts TMSP and completed an HR internship at Frénéhard & Michaux. Education includes a Master’s degree in Digital Human Resources Management from Institut Mines-Télécom Business School.
