Dr. Shilpa Shukla

Dr. Shilpa Shukla is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR functions, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Ingenious e-Brain since August 2024. With a strong background in HR business partnering, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement, Shilpa has effectively contributed to organizational growth at Adita Technologies and Onestore India, where Shilpa led significant HR initiatives to foster positive work cultures and align human capital with business objectives. Prior roles include HR Manager at Mobikasa and HR Executive at M2C, in addition to early experience as a summer intern at Bharti Airtel. Shilpa is advancing education with a Chief Human Resources Officer program at the Indian Institute of Management, having previously earned a PhD in HR and a PGDM in Human Resources Management.
