Joseph "Keith" Brown

Joseph "Keith" Brown has worked in the IT industry since 2006. Joseph "Keith" began their career with Graphic Packaging International as an IT Operations Manager. In 2008, they joined Lafarge as a U.S Infrastructure Manager, where they managed a team that included Network, Server and Storage, and Security Administration functions. Joseph "Keith" was also responsible for overseeing project initiatives, providing Project Management oversight on US related IT initiatives, and responsible for all Infrastructure related activities and initiatives for Lafarge U.S. In addition, they acted in a Support Manager role and was responsible for overseeing the relationship between Lafarge and CompuCom for U.S. and Canada Service Desk Operations. Joseph "Keith" also acted in an Operations Manager role, responsible for overseeing the Eastern U.S. Support team. In 2016, they joined CRH (Formerly Oldcastle) as an IT Infrastructure Operations Manager, reporting to the VP, Infrastructure & Operations. In 2019, they became the Director Of Information Systems at Ingenious Med.

Joseph "Keith" Brown completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Alabama at Birmingham between 2014 and 2016. Joseph "Keith" also holds certifications from Hootsuite Media Inc. (Hootsuite Certified Professional, obtained in April 2015), Global Knowledge (ITIL V3, obtained in May 2013), Scrum Alliance (Certified Scrum Master, obtained in January 2013), and the Center for Creative Leadership (Leadership Development, obtained in October 2005).
