Karen Cosgrove

Karen Cosgrove has over 30 years of work experience. Karen started their career in 1991 as a Sales Representative for McKesson in the Hospital Division, covering IL, MN, IA, SD, ND, FL, AZ, and WI, including Mayo Clinic, St. Mary's Rochester, Methodist Hospital, Rochester and all subsidiaries, and St. Mary's Duluth. In 2002, they became an Independent Business Owner at ETCETERA LLC. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as Office Manager for the Junior League Evanston-North Shore, where they were responsible for AJLI compliance and reporting, database and member management, and online newsletter, annual yearbook, and annual audit. Karen then moved on to become a Sales Representative at Nordstrom, where they were an Allstar Award recipient for customer service excellence within 4 months of hire. In 2015, they joined SPH Analytics as a Sales Representative, where they were a CMS/NCQA approved vendor for CAHPS/HCAHPS, HOS, QHP surveys, Patient/Member & Provider Satisfaction surveys, and dashboard analytics and reporting services. In 2016, they returned to McKesson as a Supply Chain & Strategic Sourcing Sales Executive, where they worked on strategic supply chain initiatives, value-based purchasing solutions and reporting, HCPCs coding and reimbursement data management, item master "Source of Truth" maintenance, and supply chain spend savings. In 2017, they moved to Allscripts as a Supply Chain & Strategic Sourcing Sales Executive, where they worked on strategic supply chain initiatives, value-based purchasing solutions and reporting, HCPCs coding and reimbursement data management, item master "Source of Truth" maintenance, and supply chain spend savings. In 2019, they joined Ingenious Med as a Senior Sales Executive. In 2021, they moved to ChartSpan Medical Technologies as a Regional VP, where they were the industry leader in Chronic Care Management Services. Finally, in 2022, they returned to Ingenious Med as a Sales Executive.

Karen Cosgrove obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington between 1984 and 1988.
