Kylie Landes, MS, CSPO, POPM has a wealth of work experience. Kylie began their career in 1993 as an Aeromedical Technician in the United States Air Force. In 2000, they became a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Merck/First Horizons. In 2003, they took on the role of Practice Manager at Eastern ENT Sinus and Allergy Center, P.A. where they managed the daily activities of the practice and oversaw 32 personnel. In 2006, they became a Manager/Training Specialist at EIGHT CROSSINGS, INC. In 2011, they began working at Houston Healthcare as a Senior Application Programmer/Developer and was promoted to Process Improvement Analyst in 2013. In 2017, they took on the role of Manager, Support Services at Iatric Systems. In 2019, they became a Sr Data Governance Analyst at Red Ventures and a Process Improvement Advisor at IatricSystems. Finally, in 2020, they became a Business Intelligence Technical Analyst II, Client Analytics at Lash Group and in 2022 they became a Product Owner, Analytics at Ingenious Med.

Kylie Landes holds a Master of Science in Business Administration/Information Resources from Central Michigan University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2011. Kylie also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Organization Development from the University of Mount Olive, which they obtained from 1994 to 2000. In addition, Landes holds certifications from Coursera, Scrum Alliance, Scaled Agile, Inc., Institute of Industrial Engineers, and Microsoft. These certifications include The Data Scientist’s Toolbox (2018), Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) (2022), Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager (2022), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (2012), and Microsoft Professional Program for Data Science (Candidate).
