Lorraine Knox

Lorraine Knox has held a variety of roles in their career. Lorraine is currently an Associate Project Manager, PMP at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, a position they have held since 2019. From 2014 to 2019, they were an Implementation Project Manager at Ingenious Med, where they managed multiple implementation projects simultaneously and conducted kickoff and status meetings with key stakeholders. From 1997 to 2014, they were a Sr. Software Engineer/Project Lead at VERISIGN, where they managed telecommunication software, led multiple project teams on new development for client billing applications, and maintained functional specifications and requirements documents for each project.

Lorraine Knox obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from St. Louis University in 1990. Lorraine also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in January 2020.
