Riley Edmunds has been working in the technology industry since 2011. In 2011, they worked as the Public Relations Manager for Cavootle during a cross-country promotional tour. Riley'sduties included establishing an online presence, implementing and executing marketing campaigns, managing public relations, and preparing for and working at trade shows. In 2012, Riley worked as an Event Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, and Social Media Manager for eVenues, an online public marketplace and booking service for meeting and event spaces. Riley'sduties included writing web copy, website maintenance, maintaining and publishing for eVenues on social media platforms, event coordination and planning, and customer service. Since 2013, Riley has been the Director of Customer Success and Events at Ingeniux Corporation. Riley is responsible for the strategy behind and management of programs aimed at customer education, engagement, and retention. Riley also oversees the production of self-help and educational materials including training, video tutorials, articles, and webinars. By working closely with executives and managers in other departments, they help to align the whole organization behind a strategy that incorporates feedback from their user base and aims to further the success of their customers, and their products and services.

Riley Edmunds attended Seattle University from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a BA in English Literature and Creative Writing.
