Frank Santoro

Frank Santoro has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Frank is currently working as the Director of Middle and Back Office Product for Ingenovis Health since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Product Manager at Ingenovis Health from February 2022 to June 2023.

Before joining Ingenovis Health, Frank held various positions in different companies. Frank was the President & Co-Founder of Mary Ryan Foundation since November 2008. From April 2017 to February 2022, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Cantata Health Solutions. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Consultant at NTT Data from June 2015 to April 2017.

Frank also has experience in project management and analysis. Frank worked as a Project Manager & Senior Analyst at InteHealth from January 2008 to May 2015. Additionally, they served as a Business Development Specialist at Santoro Sales and Consulting from January 2008 to December 2011.

Earlier in their career, Frank held managerial positions in food service companies. Frank was the General Manager at bon pain from January 2006 to October 2007, and at Krispy Kreme from September 2003 to December 2005.

Frank began their career in education as a Teaching Assistant/Fellow at Johnson & Wales University from 2001 to 2003.

Frank Santoro completed their MBA degree in Business from West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S degree in Food Service Entrepreneurship from Johnson & Wales University from 2001 to 2003. Frank also attended James Madison University from 1997 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in ISAT. Frank'ssecondary education took place at Great Valley High School from 1993 to 1997. In addition, Frank has obtained certifications in Build, Focus, and Foundations from Pragmatic Marketing.
