Jen Cook

Jen Cook, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in the Human Resources profession. Starting in 2008, they worked at Trustaff, where they held various roles, including Human Resources Generalist, Vice President of Benefits and Operations, Director of Benefits and Operations Support, and Human Resources Manager. During their time at Trustaff, they demonstrated expertise in implementing standard procedures, driving strategic initiatives, coaching and mentoring employees, and implementing new technology. In 2021, Jen joined Ingenovis Health as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Jen Cook, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of Cincinnati in 2002. Prior to that, they studied Nursing at Xavier University from 1998 to 1999. In 2015, Jen obtained certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI and as a SHRM-SCP from SHRM.
