Karen Teitelbaum

Karen Teitelbaum is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of leadership experience, currently serving as CEO of Catalyst Coaching since September 2024, and as an independent board director for several organizations. Active in the coaching sector, Karen partners with leaders to provide strategic insights. Karen's board roles encompass positions at Towne Park, Alliance Physical Therapy Partners, Ingenovis Health, Surgical Solutions, and MATTER, contributing to various committees focused on governance, risk, compensation, and compliance. Additionally, Karen is a member of the International Coaching Federation and has held senior advisory roles at Juniper Advisory and TVM Capital Healthcare. Education includes a Master of Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a M.A. in Speech and Language Pathology from Northwestern University, along with a B.A. in Communications from the University at Buffalo.
