He is particularly experienced in corporate development, business and platform stand-up, and the execution of key strategic initiatives. He has in-depth experience identifying investment opportunities and driving growth across a multi-industry portfolio of companies from the pre-deal diligence stage, through steady-state operations, and ultimately to a successful exit to new sponsors. A data analysis enthusiast, Brazill leverages indices, company data, and external sources to architect and maintain data-driven analysis tools to both identify new investment opportunities and build go-to-market strategies. At Ingenovis Health, he is responsible for spearheading all aspects of corporate M&A as well as leading key growth initiatives, especially around the use of data-driven analysis and tools.
