Zach Hickerson

Zach Hickerson is a seasoned executive in the healthcare staffing industry, currently serving as Vice President of Workforce Solutions at Ingenovis Health since June 2025. Prior to this role, Zach was Vice President of Customer Success at Vivian Health for eight months, and held dual positions as Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Managing Director at Premier Healthcare Professionals and Corratel Healthcare respectively from October 2020 to July 2024. Zach founded A321 Consulting, which operated from June 2016 to October 2020, and has held various management and leadership roles at companies including Modis, Find Great People, Pyramid Consulting, and Insight Global. Zach earned a Bachelor of Arts in Health & Exercise Science from Furman University in 2010.
