G. Scott Winner has a diverse work experience spanning over 26 years. G. Scott began their career as a Software Engineer at Kelly Springfiled Tire Company, where they developed and maintained manufacturing application systems. G. Scott then moved on to Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, where they served as an Information Technology Manager and later as a Program Manager, overseeing the delivery of multiple enterprise-level initiatives.

After that, Winner joined CTB McGraw Hill as a Sr. Director, where they directed the delivery and management of online systems and successfully implemented Agile Methodology. G. Scott also served as the Monarch Technology Director, saving a major product/platform development failure and making significant improvements to the company's development efforts.

Winner continued their career at Amplify as the Executive Director of Product Management, driving product strategy and development for a flagship product line. G. Scott then joined Pearson as a Program Director, leading global eCommerce and CRM initiatives.

Winner established their own consulting firm, Winner Consultancy, where they worked as a Principal, providing strategic guidance and expertise to various clients. G. Scott then joined Ingenta as the EVP of Global Projects, responsible for driving positive P&L and managing a global PMO. G. Scott later served as the Chief Operating Officer and eventually became the CEO of Ingenta, focusing on improving and advancing the core business.

Throughout their career, Winner has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing teams, budgets, and delivery timelines. G. Scott has extensive experience in product management, program execution, and strategic planning.

G. Scott Winner completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Cornell University from 1986 to 1990. G. Scott furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business from Frostburg State University, which they graduated from in the years 1992 to 1995.
