Drew Forman

Drew Forman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Drew currently works as a UX Director at Ingenuiti, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior UX/ID/Developer at Ingenuiti/CBTeam from May 2022 to November 2022, where they designed and developed interactive learning solutions and served as a consultant for various clients. From 2015 to 2022, Drew worked at Verizon as a Senior Creative Content Lead, managing and developing creative content and driving employee success through innovative training solutions. Drew also has experience in eLearning, application design, digital marketing, and video production as a Senior ID/Developer from 2013 to 2015. Before that, they founded and managed San Pedro CrossFitCFS from 2013 to 2015. Drew's career also includes positions at Farmers Insurance, where they served as a Senior Developer/Communications Manager from 2002 to 2013, and at California State University, Northridge, as a Professor from 2002 to 2011, teaching computer aided design courses. Drew was also a Partner/Design Manager at Digimators from 2000 to 2007 and worked as a Consultant/Change Manager at Challenge Consulting from 1999 to 2001. Lastly, Drew was a Partner/Business Manager at Noktrnl Productions from 1995 to 1999, where they developed eCommerce solutions and created corporate and private sites.

Drew Forman earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Movement Science and Sport Biomechanics from UCLA, completing the program in the years 1996-1999. Additionally, Drew obtained a certification in Degreed from Verizon in the year 2021.
